Chado SVN migrating to github

Scott Cain
Hi all,

In anticipation for an uptick in Chado development, we are planning on migrating from the current SVN repository at SourceForge to our GitHub repo (currently used for GBrowse and JBrowse among others).  On Thursday, February 5, I'll be locking the SVN repo at SourceForge making it read only and then the GitHub repo will be made available later, probably on Friday but possibly over the weekend.  Much thanks to Stephen Ficklen for getting this rolling.

If you have commits that you've been sitting on, please take care of them before them, or redo them after we move to GitHub.  Please let me know if you have any issues that would prevent doing this move now.

Thanks,
Scott
